1. Requests and confirmed appointments

This website describes the services offered by Fortress Sports Massage & Spa at Chaka Court Apartments, Chaka Road, Kilimani, Nairobi. A form submission opens a prepared WhatsApp message; it does not reserve a time slot or complete a purchase.

An appointment is confirmed when the Fortress team agrees the service, date and time with you. Please check the confirmation and notify the team if a detail is incorrect.

2. Prices, duration and payment

Prices are listed in Kenyan shillings (KSh). Refer to the service menu for the published price and duration. Where a duration or package price is not shown, ask the team to confirm it before booking.

Confirm the final service, price and accepted payment method with the team. Any deposit or additional charge should be explained before you agree to it. This website has no online payment checkout and does not ask for card details.

3. Cancellations, changes and late arrival

If your plans change, contact Fortress as early as possible on 0721 883 216 or 0757 646 447. A replacement time depends on availability.

Please arrive a few minutes early. If you are delayed, call ahead so the team can discuss what is possible without disrupting other appointments. Any cancellation deadline, deposit condition, late-arrival charge or refund term must be confirmed as part of your booking; no fixed penalty is imposed by this website.

4. Treatment suitability and your comfort

Before treatment, tell the practitioner about relevant health concerns, allergies, injuries, pregnancy or areas of sensitivity. Ask questions about the proposed treatment, pressure and products, and discuss any uncertainty before proceeding.

You can request a change, pause or stop at any time. Massage and spa information on this website is general information, not an individual diagnosis or treatment plan. Outcomes vary, and no particular health or cosmetic result is guaranteed.

For a booking involving a person under 18, contact the team first to confirm suitability and the consent or accompaniment arrangements required.

5. Respectful professional care

Fortress is a professional treatment environment. Clients and staff should treat one another respectfully. Harassment, threats, inappropriate requests or unsafe behaviour may lead to a session being declined or stopped.

Discuss personal comfort, privacy and draping with your practitioner. Please obtain permission before taking photographs or recording anyone at the premises.

6. Questions, concerns and refunds

If something about your appointment is unsatisfactory, tell the team promptly, giving the booking date, service and a brief description of the concern. The team can then discuss the appropriate next step with you.

Any refund or payment issue depends on the circumstances, the booking terms agreed with you and applicable Kenyan law. Nothing on this page removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
