1. Who this notice covers

This notice explains the website booking and contact process for Fortress Sports Massage & Spa, Chaka Court Apartments, Chaka Road, Kilimani, Nairobi. For a privacy question or request, call 0721 883 216 or 0757 646 447. You can also contact the team through WhatsApp.

2. Information used for an enquiry

The booking form asks for your name, phone number, chosen treatment and preferred appointment date and time. Optional notes let you add practical requests. You may also provide information when calling or messaging the team.

Please keep online notes brief. Do not include identity documents, payment-card details or detailed medical records. If a health concern may affect your treatment, ask to discuss it privately with the practitioner.

3. How the WhatsApp form works

The form prepares a message in your browser. When you select “Request booking on WhatsApp”, the details are included in a link that opens WhatsApp. Those details are passed to WhatsApp at that point; you still need to review and send the message before Fortress receives the booking request.

The website has no booking database and does not automatically send the message to Fortress. Your browser or WhatsApp may retain the prepared link or message under their own settings. You can call instead if you prefer not to use WhatsApp.

4. Why information is used

Booking and contact details are used to respond to your enquiry, discuss availability, confirm or change appointments and address service questions. The information needed for a booking is used to take the steps you request toward arranging that service.

This form does not subscribe you to marketing. Any use requiring separate consent, including optional promotional contact or health-information processing where applicable, should be explained and agreed separately. You can ask the team to stop optional messages.

5. External services and cookies

The site does not include its own analytics, advertising pixels, accounts or payment checkout. It loads fonts from Google and includes an embedded Google Map on the Contact page. Loading these resources can disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser details to Google. Embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

WhatsApp, Google Maps and any external links have their own privacy terms. Their processing can involve systems outside Kenya. Review WhatsApp’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. The website does not control those services.

6. Records, sharing and retention

After you send a message, the team may hold the conversation and related appointment information in its communication and business records. These records are separate from the website. Contact Fortress to ask what information is held about your enquiry, who needs access to it and how long the relevant record is retained.

Retention should be limited to the purposes for which information is needed and any applicable legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the record type and any applicable legal obligations. A request concerning information held by WhatsApp or Google may also need to be directed to that provider.

7. Your privacy choices and rights

Under Kenyan data-protection law, you can ask how your information is used, request access, seek correction of inaccurate information, object to processing, and request deletion where the law permits. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent, subject to applicable requirements.
